I’ve lost 2 pounds in 2 weeks, plus my blood pressure was low the last time I checked, not sure if any of this is healthy, but I feel fine.
I think part of the reason I felt so lost three months ago was because I lacked a meaningful project to keep me productive when I wasn’t at work. I’ve found that project now though. I plan on compiling my survey results into a powerpoint presentation and go around to professor after professor and ask to lecture students for a class.
Before that is ready, I’m going to record my lectures and study them. Watching and hearing myself on tape will make me cringe, but with anything, the pain will numb and I’ll be able to study myself. Just like pro athletes watch film, I will do the same. These fears never go away, I’ll only become better if I face them now.
Seek discomfort.
